Gaylord Rockies Hotel and Convention Center
Gaylord Rockies Hotel and Convention Center was the largest hospitality construction project in the United States in 2018. Charles managed the installation of over 3.3 million square feet of painted surfaces, nearly 1 million yards of vinyl wallcovering, and 102 stories of photoluminescent markings inside 9 stairwells. The project had 1,501 guestrooms, including 100 suites and 14 presidential suites. Charles oversaw the wallcovering supply chain, which involved arranging storage of the 1 million yards of wallcovering in a warehouse offsite, and managing just-in-time (JIT) deliveries to the site.
