Byron Rodgers Federal Office Building

Charles’s work on the Byron Rogers Federal Office Building involved being background checked and badged under the GSA. The project included renovation of the 18 story building to add steel to the underlying structure and add blast resistant windows. In addition to the painting and wallcovering, this project included the removal of lead based paint from the existing structural steel.
